​Chief Executive Officer
Ai Lei is the Chief Executive Officer of SETTCA, she holds a MA from University of Manchester and MBA from Zhejiang University. As a CEO of SETTCA, her main responsibilities include: Strategy and concept of the association; oversees the running and the development of SETTCA; collaborate with institutions in China and European countries; conducting outreach and relationship management with the expert community; attending the institute’s major International conferences in an advisory and management capacity.

Jojo Zhu

Secretary-General
Jojo is the Secretary-General of SETTCA. She hold a MA from University of Manchester, a Bachelors Joint Honors degree in Math and Statistics. As Secretary General, she is responsible for all the administrative functions, including finance, HR, events, and diary management for the researchers.
Dom Owens

Events Coordinator
Dom holds a BA degree in International Relations from St Andrews and he attained his MSc diploma in Global Governance and Ethics at University College London. Between his bachelor and postgraduate studies he worked two years as Events Assistant.
Megan Green
​
Administrator
Megan completed an BA degree in Humanitarianism and Conflict Response at the University of Manchester. In between her studies she worked for charities and continues to volunteer with Refugee Action. She has a variety of experience in campaigning, fundraising and office co-ordination.
